Combination of lists

At European elections Land lists of the same party shall be deemed to be a combination of lists unless it is declared that one or more of the Land lists concerned are to be excluded from the combination of lists.

For the distribution of seats, combined lists shall be deemed to be a single list in relation to the other lists. The seats accruing to a combined list shall be distributed among the Land lists concerned proportionate to their votes based on the calculation method according to Sainte-Laguë/Schepers.
