2025 Bundestag election: Federal Electoral Committee has decided on complaints filed regarding Land lists
WIESBADEN – In a session open to the public, the Federal Electoral Committee has today dealt with a total of 37 complaints. The Federal Returning Officer published a list of the complaints received before the specified deadline in press release no. 08/25 of 28 January 2025. A complaint received by the Federal Returning Officer after the publication of the press release was already past the deadline.
27 of the 37 complaints were rejected, thereby confirming the respective decisions taken by the Land electoral committees on 24 January 2025.

Another 9 complaints were dismissed as inadmissible.
